Monday to Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those are the hours for estimates, scheduling and everything that is not urgent. If water is coming into the building, call at any hour on any day. An active leak is always a phone call and it is always answered.

Estimates are free and written. The estimate states what we will do, what materials we will use, and what it costs. It is not a range and it is not a verbal number. If a storm went through and there is an insurer involved, say so on the form, because hail damage gets documented differently.

What to expect

You call or send the form.

We book a look at the roof. Usually within 2 to 3 business days, same or next day if water is coming in.
- 03
You get a written estimate. Normally within 1 to 2 business days of the visit, with photographs of what we found.
- 04
If you approve it, we schedule. Roughly 1 to 2 weeks off season. Expect 3 to 6 weeks in peak season, and longer in the weeks after a hailstorm.
- 05
We do the work and invoice. Deposits on larger jobs are commonly a third up front with the balance on completion; repairs are usually invoiced on completion. Net 15 on the invoice.
